Yes, I accept all major insurance plans. Once you book a consultation, I’ll assist you in verifying your coverage and explaining the process to ensure that you can make the most of your benefits. If you do not live in Arizona, it will be private pay for coaching and consulting services.

I also integrate Compassion-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Positive Psychology to help you achieve lasting change.
